I can say the past few months have been trying between work, running, and trying not to have all my friends feel like i’ve disappeared. The next 3 months ahead of me will be less work, less running, and more of a social life so yesterday I kicked it off with an intense morning workout along with a peaceful afternoon in the Brooklyn Botanic Garden’s Rose Garden. What an amazing afternoon.

NYRR 5-Borough Series: Brooklyn Half Marathon

So this morning I ran the United Arab Emirates Healthy Kidney 10K. I hit a New PR for the 10K on this run. While I was running, I felt so slow for some reason, but my stats are good so I’m happy!
After this…instead of going home, I talk myself into going to outdoor bootcamp which I havent been to in months. This is the day I choose to restart. So right now…I’m in pain.
Post-Workout Kombucha is as awesome as Morning Kombucha…especially when it tastes like Welch’s Grape and gives you a buzz.
I swear by this stuff! Great for energy, feeling cleansed, and great for hangovers!
My alarm didn’t go off! Can I make it from Bed Stuy to the starting line in Central Park in 15 minutes? My life is always a Seinfeld episode!
…I’m missing the Run As One 4 mile race today. I guess I’ll go practice for the BK Half.
